The instructions are clear. There’s a dosing card that helps you get the correct amount. The gel has a light soapy scent. Make sure you follow the instructions that the gel cannot be used on more than 2 body areas at once. The one I received expires in October 2026, and I will have time to try and update the effect afterwards.
