I moved recently and did a lot of lifting that made me sore. This went on without being too greasy and it lasted for a long time. The tube is tiny but it does go a long way. Highly recommend.

I used this for three days both in the morning and at night on my knees, both which have been surgically reconstructed. I felt like it was fairly effective, it definitely took the edge off the aches and pain. It didn’t relieve it completely but it was easy to apply, no bad scent and it helped like it said it would. I liked that it is easy to apply and absorbs quickly; after a week I noticed less discomfort when climbing stairs and waking up. It is not immediate or miraculous, and on sensitive skin it can give a little redness. I recommend it if you are looking to reduce pills and have localized relief, but control the skin and use it as directed.

It doesn’t take a ton of gel on the area that said a larger tube is well worth getting. It is definitely not as strong as other options but it does help tremendously.
