He said it helped him immensely and clearly he would be buying his own. I gave him the tube of it and decided to buy a bottle to keep in our own house!

There is a slight scent but it dissipates after you rub in the topical gel, and it absorbs quickly. The active ingredient is diclofenac sodium, 1% (NSAID). My husband's grandma uses this product regularly and says it works well. It's her preferred brand for achy joints. We agree it’s a good value considering its effectiveness.

I used it on my knees and instantly felt a cool sensation after application which was pleasant. I would not seek this product out again unless recommended by a professional. This product works just like any over the counter medicine to relieve soreness and inflammation

Packaging is nice and has a effective seal on the product to keep it fresh until use. Not bad on price for something that works. Both my parents use it too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My father is 75 years old and after many years of a very active job as well as a physical lifestyle he was left with a significant amount of aches and pains some due to arthritis. This gel cream is really intended for targeted use specifically in places ( joints) where the skin is very thin. However, his main problem, pain areas at the moment are really the hip and ankle. With him being 75 years old, it’s actually quite difficult to apply a topical in those areas at any sort of frequency that would be required to get actual pain relief. Certainly nothing beyond what an oral anti-inflammatory would provide add a more widespread level. That being said, he did try it on his hands, specifically his knuckles, which are quite impacted by arthritis on his hands. He did report that they were a little bit looser, and that it was somewhat easier to do activities like holding onto a handle or holding onto a utensil. The problem really is the frequency that this needs to be applied. It’s just really hard to maintain to get the lasting impact so I would recommend for someone looking for targeted pain relief that really has the ability to do the appropriate applications, but not necessarily for someone with more widespread arthritis.
