I will be making the investment going forward. More impressively, this has also earned my mother’s seal of approval. And she is a bonafide, certified crochet master with arthritic hands. Also, no offensive scent or texture. This stuff is an absolute game changer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using Voltaren Arthritis Pain Gel for a few weeks, and it really helps ease stiffness and soreness in my joints, especially my knees and hands. It doesn’t burn or smell strong like some other creams, and I like that it absorbs fairly quickly. You do need to use it a few times a day and give it a few days to start working, but once it kicks in, the relief is noticeable. Great option if you want something topical instead of taking pills!

However the dosage seems like a lot to me, and I feel like you will run out of thos product very quickly. If you are using this daily, you would go thru one of these every week, the tube is so small. The smell is medicinal but not too bad. My motherinlaw likes to use a product thay has a very strong wintergreen smell and we hate it, so this is much more tolerable. It has a slight cooling effect when rubbed on the skin. It is interesting that you are only allowed to apply this onto 2 areas at one time. So if you have arthritis in more than 2 areas, you are out of luck. It also states not to be used on the spine.

Now that the cold weather is here, my husband & I noticed that our joints are more achy. This 1% NSAID non-greasy, topical gel packs a punch in numbing our pain. It can be used on hands, wrists, knees....pretty much all the joints, except hips. It doesn't have a stinky menthol smell like it's competitors. I have seen Voltaren available at most stores.

I tried it once but was concerned about the warnings and ammonia as an ingredient! It has good reviews on other sites, but it wasn’t worth it to me and didn’t want it on my skin.

Slippery gel texture. Fast-absorbing. Has a slight scent that resembles rubbing alcohol. Doesn't linger. Can feel cooling sensation that penetrates deeply. Not an instant fix but it'll relieve arthritis pain with daily usage. Relieves pain more noticeably for people age 60 or older. Appreciate the handy dosing card so I can apply accurate amount for different areas. Wish it came in larger size. Average price.

I used a pea sided amount and it did take care of the pain that I have on my knee. The storage is very easy, I just put it in my medicine cabinet and it fits. I really didn't feel any side effects.
