It absorbs quickly, isn’t greasy, and doesn’t have that overpowering medicinal smell that a lot of pain creams do. Within a short time of applying it, I notice real relief from stiffness and joint pain, especially in my hands, knees, and ankles. What I love most is that it actually treats the pain at the source instead of just masking it, so the relief lasts longer than most topical creams I’ve tried. It’s easy to use, gentle on my skin, and lets me get back to my daily activities without constantly thinking about the pain. If you deal with arthritis or joint pain, this is absolutely worth trying. It didn't relieve my pain instantly; I needed several sessions. As a treatment, it's good for several days, and applying the gel several times a day will show great changes in the affected area.

The cream is really cold at first which was nice at times. It was very easy to rub in as well. The dose card was nice to have but it seemed like a huge amount for my knee. But overall I do give this product 4 stars.

Like many people with the weather cooling off it's affect my joints. This products also last longer than the lotion or cremes. I recommend this if you've been having issues getting relief. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really pleasantly surprised by this cream! I tried a different version of it a few years ago. Back then it had capsaicin in it and it really irritated my skin, but it was great for large joints so I just had to deal with it. I never used it for long or for my smaller joints, though. Flash Forward to now and I decided to get this one another chance because influencer sent it to me and I saw that it includes no capsaicin. I was a little bit wary to give it a try, but it went on really smooth and in a little under 2-3 days I started getting really great relief, especially in my hands. As someone who works with my hands a lot, arthritis in my hands was really starting to get to me as we lean into winter. I checked how I was feeling over time and it really does start to make a difference. I even decided to stop using it for some time to see if it was maybe just some Placebo effects and sure enough after 2-3 days of not touching it at all my hands are locked up again and so sore. I guess I'm an avid V user now!
