I deal with arthritis in my hands, knees and ankles. Included in the package is a dosing card with two different sizes to use in measuring out the medication. Directions state not to use on more than two body areas at once. It’s okay for hand, wrist, elbows, knees, feet and ankles. It hasn’t been studied for shoulder, hips or spine, so don’t apply to those areas. With all medications, you need to read instructions and ask your doctor if it’s ok for you to use before starting it. At first I’m just testing it on my wrist, as that is the area that is painful right now. I’m being cautious as to not rub my eyes or nose before cleaning the medicine off my fingers. The scent isn’t overwhelming strong which I appreciate. So far, it seems to be helping- depending on my level of pain. To me, it has a slight lemony menthol scent that dissipates quickly as soon as it dries. I have arthritis in my hands and did notice some improvements in painful areas. It comes with a dosing card that is very helpful so that you are not over applying. The packaging itself is very easy to squeeze for someone who it may be a problem for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had arthritis in my ankle flare up from years of playing basketball and multiple sprains. This product could not have showed up at a better time for me. At first, I was a little confused on how to dose this product but then found the dosing card hiding in the box. I would absolutely recommend using that dosing card every time you use this product instead of “eyeballing” it. The gel is white and a little translucent with a scent that is very medicinal with a slight isopropyl alcohol smell. The cap is really easy to use but be careful you are not squeezing the tube at all when you lift the cap. The gel flows pretty freely. I did notice a bit of pain relief after applying this product. I just spent three days walking the streets of NYC and did not experience much discomfort at all. I applied in the morning every day we were there before venturing out into the city all day and did not reapply until the next day. I did find that the product took some massaging to get all of the product absorbed so I massaged some of the product up to my upper ankle and lower to the top of my foot. This product is suitable for hands, wrists, elbows, feet, ankles and knees. I am curious why it is not acceptable for shoulders, because I have arthritis there too. I will continue to use this and I will probably recommend this to my grandmother who has arthritis in her knees, if she isn’t already using it. You can apply up to 4 times a day and use on no more than 2 body parts at a time. May take up to 7 days to work on your arthritis pain. You can use this up to three weeks. The size of the tube is a really convenient size to take on the go.

Gthe packaging is user friendly as it comes with dosage card and its good value. Overall I've enjoyed having less pain.
