Areas of treatment include hands, wrist, elbows, foot, ankle and knees. I find it last for relief for long periods of time. It has a 4 hour wait time in between applications. This is a great addition for pain relief to keep in your medicine cabinet. I highly recommend!

This arthritis rub from Voltaren is very helpful for relieving pain in my knees and hands. I like that this is a clear gel. It absorbs very quickly. It's non greasy and doesn't have a strong medicine scent. After continued use, I've noticed less joint pain.

The smell is kind of strong, but not too bad. The small packaging was convenient if you want to take it with you. For the wrist area I only used a small amount and rubbed it around the wrist. It does help to relieve the pain, but you will have to keep using it. Overall I liked it, but it's not a cure.

I felt a bit tingly when it went on, goes on very smoothly almost watery, but soaks in really quickly. Certainly a better smell than BenGay or icy hot.

This time, with arthritis in my knees, I felt it worked for a shorter time. I like that this is a topical relief for daily aches and pains. Easy to apply, no strong scents, odor, or fragrance! This pain gel can be applied to the hand, wrist, elbow, foot, ankle, and knee. Also it can be used up to four times a day, for arthritis pain only.

However the dosage seems like a lot to me, and I feel like you will run out of thos product very quickly. If you are using this daily, you would go thru one of these every week, the tube is so small. The smell is medicinal but not too bad. My motherinlaw likes to use a product thay has a very strong wintergreen smell and we hate it, so this is much more tolerable. It has a slight cooling effect when rubbed on the skin. It is interesting that you are only allowed to apply this onto 2 areas at one time. So if you have arthritis in more than 2 areas, you are out of luck. It also states not to be used on the spine.

If it lasted longer I would definitely have given 5 stars. It went on smoothly without a strong harsh smell which was nice to experience vs some others which make you smell like menthol all day.
