Fast acting works FAST

I was diagnosed lactose intolerant in 2001 and primarily dealt with the symptoms for years. A doctor recommended Lactaid oral supplements as a solution. The first two uses were successful, but on the third use, I experienced severe abdominal pain and nausea. I did not originally attribute this to using Lactaid, so I used the product again three days later. The abdominal pain was crippling and I vomited several times. I experienced dizziness as well. When I confronted my doctor about this, she told me that some other people have the same issue and that I should discontinue use. I have not used the product since and the symptoms have not returned.

If you are lactose intolerant, it works right away, just take 1 pill before the first bite of any dairy food, some people might need to take 2 pills.
