Helps me a great deal with lactose intolerance

Arrived quickly in perfect condition.

I had surgery that resulted in 'short gut syndrome' (aka SGS) which means I am no longer able to enjoy milk & dairy product UNTIL I found Lactaid FastAct. I am still restricted to modest amounts of dairy BUT I can enjoy small amounts without having to rearrange my schedule in order to accommodate the painful and sometimes lengthy results of SGS.

I tried it so I could eat cereal again. Soy milk and cereal don't mix. lol! It is quick and works well and longer than the 30-45 min. it says.

No consumption instructions, no warning on side effects, almost nothing printed on the bottle. Threw up after taking

as a lactose sensitive girly this is definitely a must. always keep them in my purse so i’m not feeling bloated and sluggish after any sort of dairy

There are no directions printed on the box for the Lactaid Fast Act Caplets nor on the individual caplet packets as to how you should take this. For example it does not say if these should be swallowed or chewed.

This product works for those who struggle with dairy. Lightweight and easy packaging. It works and helps me forget that I struggle with dairy! Would recommend
