Help me fall fast asleep. Great product. I don’t recommend for a nightly sleep aid. You will get addicted to it and become immune to it. But it is awesome for occasional use. Definitely would recommend to others.

This is the second time I take it and I am experiencing the same thing : restless legs, agitation, I can't sleep and it is 4 am! I will never take it again!

I use this Religiously right now during my pregnancy to help me not only go to sleep but STAY asleep for the duration of the night. They are life savers.
