I just didn't really feel the sleep aid part, at least not strongly. I do think it did help my body to relax a bit. Affordable and great to have around for when needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this product it’s really good I love Tylenol and always have, I like that this is extra strength for the pain it’s really nice, I also like that it helps you sleep at night when you were in pain and cannot sleep which always comes in handy so I definitely recommend this

I take this at night. It’s the only thing I have found that helps me sleep and not wake up with a headache. The packaging is child safe, and the ingredients include Benadryl so it makes it easier to take this than to try and take Tylenol and Benadryl separately. You get a lot of pills for the money you spend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well as a sleep aid, but not as strong of a pain relief as I’d prefer. I took before bed and didn’t take too long to fall asleep. And I felt fairly rested after. Would recommend if you don’t require more pain relief.

Tylenol PM has come in clutch recently to help relieve those nighttime aches and pains! A better night’s sleep means a better day upon waking and Tylenol PM helps achieve that! Easy to take, and I love that they are easily identifiable as Tylenol with the blue and red capsules. Always have to have this on hand!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked that it kicked in very quickly. I think had I taken it a little later I wouldn’t have woken up as early. It has made me drowsy all day. Definitely would recommend trying on a weekend or when you don’t have to do a lot the next day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tylenol has always been my go to whenever in pain or had minor aches. I really liked the Tylenol PM. I had a pounding headache, knee was aching & I couldn’t sleep. Took 2 as suggested & slept wonderful. Definitely recommend!
