I am a person who has aches and pains keeping me up at night, and it was so easy to take this Tnenoyl PM and sleep a lot easier. It really does help especially with me being on my feet all day, it makes a huge difference. I would highly recommend having Tynenol PM in your medicine cabinet , especially if you have trouble sleeping.
