[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well as a sleep aid, but not as strong of a pain relief as I’d prefer. I took before bed and didn’t take too long to fall asleep. And I felt fairly rested after. Would recommend if you don’t require more pain relief.

I have a love and hate relationship with these. I love how fast and effective it makes me want to sleep. But not in the morning when I can’t get out of bed because I feel groggy from these. I also got super addictive to these!!! I had severe insomnia a few years back, and I took one almost every single night. After having a baby I couldn’t sleep.! It got so bad that I actually had to force myself to quit these cold turkey and teach myself to sleep without these and that was hard! Fast forward a few years and I’m fine.

Tylenol PM helps with my aches & pains while quickly helping me sleep. When I wake after taking Tylenol PM I never feel that drowsy hungover feeling. I feel rested and not as achy. I'm a repeat costumer, & will continue to be so. I recommend this to anyone who talks to their doctor and finds its a good fit!

This product is great for pain and sleepless night associated with uncomfortable pain. I like how easy the caplets are to swallow. I take 2 caps at night before going to bed. I have back pain and this product helped take the edge off and helped me drift off to sleep. Doesn't leave you feeling like your head is in a dog in the morning. That's a plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tylenol PM is always my knight in shining armor on nights where my insomnia is kicking my butt. I start to feel sleepy within 15-20 minutes after taking it and laying down in bed, and I don’t have any grogginess the next day. The tylenol helps with some of the aches and pains that keep me from sleeping as deeply too, so it’s always a restful sleep with the help of Tylenol PM. Definitely recommend to my fellow insomniacs!

It’s also great if you have soreness after working with a need for deeper sleep if you struggle with that! I would recommend!
