I highly recommend it. It cannot be missing in my home. Its effectiveness is incredible. When I have any discomfort, it helps me a lot and makes me have a good night. For its effectiveness, I am satisfied with the price I pay. I recommend it. I have this small package that I always carry with me.

Love to take this product at nighttime whenever I have any aches and pains. It helps me sleep all the way through the night when I may otherwise would have had a restless night. I like the nighttime pills are blue so you don't get them confused with daytime Tylenol.

I keep these in my purse, backpack, room, and car! can't go anywhere without them! I played softball for from t-ball all the way to playing division 1 and this was my saving grace. When the pain is too bad at night I take these and they put me right to sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is of course a very personal rating, as I have a very high tolerance to medications. however, I do love extra strength Tylenol, as it can help get the edge off of my pain. it doesn't make me super drowsy , however I can see how it can for other people. my personal rating for it would be 4/5 stars only because its definitely not something I'd take by itself for pain, I would need extra help.

It definitely helped me actually rest and relax I suffer from a lot of muscle pain and I work overnights and find it hard to relax when I need to and the benadryl and tylenol combo helps a lot. It is for sure worth a try if you suffer from aches and pains and can't rest.
