I use it nightly to ease any pain from the day, and help me sleep the whole night. I wake up ready for the day.

I take this daily to sleep don’t always work though but generally yes it does but usually works for my pain again a hit and miss.

Only pain med I can take is Tylenol, so ok for me unless severe pain %26 I go by my doctors’ advice since too much is hard on liver.

I take these after my doctor changed my meds. Not habit forming....Safe product. 100 caplets, not 150 as stated here.

I can’t sleep all night without taking these. They really help me to turn off my mind and get good sleep.
