This Tylenol variant didn't seem very different from regular Tylenol to me. It seemed like a slightly higher price for a coating that I couldn't notice after taking it. I suppose it could be helpful if the taste of the medication is a problem when the pill touches your tongue, but personally I feel that any traditional acetaminophen painkiller could do what this product does. It works, but isn't special.

I get headaches alot and this was just perfect for me. I thought honestly that I was going to receive 2 bottles or a big bottle because the size of the package it came in, honestly I wish it was a larger bottle because it worked so good. I have already bought a bottle for 2 of my friends and I feel like the spokeswoman for Tylenol because I tell everyone about how good the extra strength coated tablets work.

Tylenol is very effective at relieving minor aches and pains and as a fever reducer. What I like about it is that it's easier on the stomach then the other alternatives.. If you are allergic to ibuprofen then this is an excellent alternative which is why we have it in the house. Tylenol is a very reputable brand easily available in most stores.

Why choose the coated tablets? The elongated caplets can be difficult to swallow if you don’t have plenty of water. People who live in dry climates will be most aware of this. And the gel capsules are definitely off the table without water, the gel can get stuck in your throat and melt and believe me the taste is terrible. The coated round tablets are small and slippery and go down with a minimum amount of water.

I recently used Tylenol 500 mg capsules for a severe headache, and the relief was impressive. Within 30 minutes, my pain started to subside. The capsules were easy to swallow and didn’t cause any side effects. They provided consistent relief for several hours. Highly recommended!

This is sugarcoating I can get behind because it makes the pill so easy to swallow. These tablets were perfect for both my headaches and my brother's post-surgery aches and pains.
