I always use Tylenol. I use it for headaches and minor aches and pains. I have not had any side effects from this, and the dosage is easy to take. I would recommend this to anyone.

PERFECT for the morning after a big night out! Tylenol EXTRA strength helps take away the pounding. :) I find it a lot easier to get some food down after taking some.

this will solve everything. whether if you have a headache, cramps or muscle ache, this will solve your problem. a medicine cabinet must have for sure.

Tylenol is the best to go over the counter pain reliever. Two pills takes my headache away and any body pain. I prefer to take the gel capsules which is easy to take and no medicine smell. Its perfect size fits in my purse.

I prefer advil and Ibruprofen for pain/headaches. I don’t really feel that Tylenol is as potent, even the extra strength. It’s better then nothing but not the best

One of the only medications that work for my headaches! Works fast and it's not super expensive. I'd definitely recommend. It also doesn't give me an upset stomach

i don’t use much pain medicine, but if i got very bad cold i will take this one . Its better price than another one, so it’s worth. No side effects like don’t get dizziness after take it , but i just use it when it’s very very bad cold

Tylenol 500 mg always works for me. Very quickly, my headache or aches will go away. I started taking this with my husband needed to take only acetaminophen. I would definitely recommend it.

Works well on all age type. We have used this for years and always go back to it. Have seen speedy recovery with this products and it’s affordable as well.
