I am not one to take over the counter medicines. I usually choose to tough it out. I have had headaches that I cannot get rid of - my mom suggested I try these. I was shocked with the relief I felt. My headache was gone in under an hour. I have continued to use these for when my headaches are too much. And of course they act as fever reducing when I am sick.

I use Tylenol Extra Strength Caplets all the time. It does not interfere with any of my prescriptions that I take so I feel it is safe for me to use. It does work really well on the headaches that I have sometimes. It makes me a little sleepy so I then can take a nap and the headache has usually disappeared.

The packaging is easy to find Tylenol, so many others are in white and blue packaging so the red box makes it easy . It has just one ingredient and the only one you need acetaminophen . This painkillers is the easiest on your kidneys so better value than others

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TYLENOL® Extra Strength Coated Tablets were so easy to swallow. the coating gave off a nice sweet taste when u threw the pill in ur mouth right before u got a swallow of water. the tablet was small and went down easy. my headache and soreness started to relieve themselves within about 15 minutes of swallowing, with no headache about 40 minutes after. I didn't feel tired or drowsy, but I did feel pain relief.

I’m a firm believer with Tylenol it’s a trusted brand and works well with other over the counter medications. They have different variations of the medication to fit peoples needs.
