A perfect opportunity to try them and was pleased that the pain and discomfort of my injury did subside. The coated tablets were slightly easier to swallow but I was surprised by the sweet taste...not unpleasant...just surprised. Loved the product and will purchase in the future.

These tablets are sugar coated & makes it easier to swallow ( no foul taste). I suffer from back & foot pain daily & these give me the relief I need for easing the pain. I highly recommend these to anyone suffering from pain or just has a headache. They get the job done & relief you need fast.

I actually find these to be effective for pain relief which is awesome since many don't work for me. They also work pretty fast and I find I don't have to take as often throughout the day as other brands. Only wish they were a bit smaller to be easier to swallow.

I had a headache like most of the morning so I decided to take some and it worked very quickly and got rid of my headache almost right away. These were super easy to swallow if you have problems swallowing pills these are for you.

I have pretty consistent headaches and believe me when I tell you I carry a big bottle of this in my work bag. It knocks out a vast majority of my headaches, which is fantastic. It comes with a childproof cap, so you don't have to worry about any little hands getting into it.

I was more active and did not hurt like I normally do. I went shopping, went outside to play with my dog, even cleaned and I felt a lot better than I have in a long time. I will be buying this Tylenol again.

I was skeptical as I normally use another brand. I am having surgery so no can't use it it but was told to buy this. It actually works really well and gets the job done. Easy to swallow and works fairly quickly! No side effects either. I feel great taking these!

I'm going to be honest, I don't really get much relief from Tylenol. It takes the edge off but it doesn't take the pain away. I use it mainly when I have headaches and cycle and I'm still in pain after talking this does, just not as much. I was on stronger pain meds for one week after surgery and other than that, I do not take opioids or stronger pain medication.

I tried TYLENOL Extra Strength Coated Tablets for some minor arthritis pain in the joints in my hands. Often at night, my joints begin to hurt from the days' activities, and taking these tablets provided exactly the amount of pain relief I needed. I've only taken ibuprofen and naproxen in the past for this pain, so trying acetaminophen was a new concept for me. I am surprised by how well the small dose worked, and the tablets were faster acting than I was used to from ibuprofen tablets. I also LOVED the sugar coating on these tablets. I am weird at taking pills that need swallowed and have to throw them in the back of my throat BEFORE I ingest water, so I usually gag or am left with a terrible taste on my tongue from a pill's coating. I sometimes panic and can't swallow the, on the first swig of water, too, which gives pills extra time to leave their awful taste on my tastebuds! But these are just delicious!
