I love Tylenol extra strength i usually take it when I'm getting my period I'm troubled with bad painful period cramps and it helps to give me some relief throughout the day this really helps and whenever i take it it knocks me out and wake up with no pain.

IMO...better off taking the fast acting gel capsules...but to each his/her own....
