This is the extra strength tylenol that most of us are familiar with. Great for travel, or just keeping it handy in your purse. Cap needs to be pushed down and turned to open, so small kids won't be able to access easily. Anyone who uses Tylenol would be.. IMO...better off taking the fast acting gel capsules...but to each his/her own....

These are super effective I had a headache one day at 4:45pm and I timed how long it would take for it to go away and surprisingly my headache was gone by 4:50pm so that's pretty effective. I take two because it's a 500mg (please don't go over the dosage that's very dangerous). I felt relieved after using it so for what it's worth go get it because it pretty inexpensive!

I will only use Tylenol extra strength caplets for my muscle aches pains headaches fever or anything of that nature. Due to the fact that many other products that I will not name can and will cause intestinal bleeding. Therefore if I need anything for inflammation I generally will go to my doctor and they will prescribe something for that. But as far as muscle aches pains headaches fever or anything of that nature I do recommend Tylenol extra strength because it is one of the safest things to take.

usually will take this any time i have a headache and it is very effective and works super fast. the bottle is quiet big so it definitely lasts me a while so its worth it. doesn't have a last that's the good part. the only thing i'm not a fan of is how big it is, it's not that big but big enough for me to have trouble taking it at times
