[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Tylenol extra strength coated tablets and they work great. I use Tylenol for any pain and it works fast. Tylenol is also very easy to take. Tylenol is definitely a brand my family trust.

I keep this for minor headaches and body pains. I also keep it for my daughter for headaches. Whenever we get a low grade fever this is one we turn to as well. It usually works very quickly and is good stuff.

Only over the counter pain medicine I will use. Nothing else works as well as Tylenol. I can trust that it will take my pain or headache away each time. Other types of meds do not work for me or leave me with an upset stomach. I trust Tylenol.

Who doesn’t love tylenol. it’s amazing and gets the job done every single time. the extra strength one is even better. i normally use it for headaches and if i’m feeling really sore

I think it’s easy to say Tylenol helps a lot of people that have back pain, headaches, and to also help with fevers. I always kept a small travel bottle in my purse.

Tylenol is my favorite aid pill and I love it. I use them for my teeth pains, period pains, headaches. Tylenol works great for my pains, and it is good, as expected to help with my pains. Highly recommend!

They are the only medicine I can take they help with my headaches and pain that I have I have stomach issues and they don’t irritate my stomach great pain medicine

I like the Tylenol extra strength caplets. They are great for pain and/or fever. They are very convenient and easy to swallow. I would recommend trying them.

Even before taking ibuprofen for pain and inflammation, Tylenol was the "go to" for any discomfort. I always keep a bottle of Tylenol in the cabinet because it's safe and it works!
