I love Tylenol best for when I am having severe headaches and pain these are always a go to for sports or anything always keep these on me I recommend these!!!

I have used this for years. Me recent purchase has a sweet coating. I find it annoying! There is nothing on the label to indicate a sugar coating. My next purchase will be a different brand.
