The effectiveness of this product has always been something I can rely on. I have no complaints about using Tylenol, it never fails me. Plus the cost is worth every penny, and I don’t experience any side effects.

Love this Tylenol, works so well. Great on my headaches. Good for muscle pain and cramps, spasms. These are coated very easy to take. They are not hard on the stomach.

I try not to take a lot of medicine for heads, aches, etc.. but if I need to, I go to extra strength Tylenol. It kicks in within 15-20 minutes and I’m good to go!

I like the fact that they are easy to swallow and do not dissolve on your tongue. They work quickly for headache relief and minor pain relief. I would definitely recommend this product to friends and family

It's Acetaminophen. I normally buy the Equate version but Walmart was sold out. My issue is the cost!! As soon as Equate is back in stock I'll grab a large bottle and save large $.

Those work very fast. It doesn’t give me stomachache like other products I use only when I have very bad headaches. Comes in small package very convenient to get it in bag.
