I have been using the extra strength Tylenol tablets for several years. It is extremely effective for any headache or general pain. It’s a reliable brand when it comes to over the counter pain relief.

it’s really good for headache cramps and etc i use it every time k have really bad cramps it’s very helpful and i would take two pills and the pain would go away

Any time I got sick, headache,pain, or fever, Tylenol extra strength is first thing that comes to mind and I always take it. The pain quickly went away. Should be in medicine cabinet and your bag when you go out.

I cannot take NSAIDs and Tylenol is what helps me with my aches and pains. It is very effective and gentle on the body. I like the coated tablets as they are better for your stomach. I highly recommend Tylenol for pain relief.

I will always have a box of this in my home. It has saved me on more than one occasion. I will say you do have to wait 30-45 minutes for it to go into effect but that is pretty standard.
