We have been purchasing Tylenol name brand for years. I feel like it works when I have headache. Usually you can find coupons which make this product cheaper than a store brand.

If we have a headache we get some tylenol and it seems to help the headache go away. It also helps when we have a cold with a fever. Helps get better faster. My family recommends this brand.
