Tylenol has always worked well for me. It solves my headaches or minor aches and pains very quickly. It has never given my any side effects. Love the easy packaging.

These are very very effective. Packaging is very child safety. The ingredients are very safe and clean. This is a must have pain killer. Works very fast.

I have an allergy to ibuprofen so Tylenol extra strength is a great one and the only choice I have. But it really works for me. Reduce my headache very fast and last long.

These work very quickly and I love the sweet coating. I get 3 to 4 headaches a week and these always seem to do the trick. With work I'm always getting headaches but within half an hour I have relief.

I try not to take a lot of medicine for heads, aches, etc.. but if I need to, I go to extra strength Tylenol. It kicks in within 15-20 minutes and I’m good to go!

For Fever "Great if you have a fever. But if you need pain relief, This won't help. Otherwise see your doctor for real pain relief. Never take more than the recommended dosage. It can destroy your liver

I always go to Tylenol whenever I have an ache or pain. I've tried all the other otc pain meds but didn't find they did much. While Tylenol does not get rid of the pain, it does take enough of the edge away that I can survive my day.

I use Tylenol for many things especially headaches and it’s effectiveness is amazing! It doesn’t have any side effects for me and it’s definitely a great value for money !
