Tylenol extra strength is the most effective for my tension headaches and my muscle aches. I don’t get any side effects. Tylenol works better for me than the generic but is pricey.

I love how these come wrapped in the foil and plastic packaging instead of all being in a bottle. The price isn’t too expensive and I don’t feel any harmful side effects.

I will always have a box of this in my home. It has saved me on more than one occasion. I will say you do have to wait 30-45 minutes for it to go into effect but that is pretty standard.

I love Tylenol best for when I am having severe headaches and pain these are always a go to for sports or anything always keep these on me I recommend these!!!

This is my go to all the time for every pain that I have Tylenol has been my number one for many years it’s cheap and it works. All the other stuff says it works, but it doesn’t work like Tylenol.

Good price for the quanity I used Ibprohen but had stop I needed anther pain medicine. I use it for headaches and back aches. It’s effective. Must-have

I love this a lot however it is important to know that you CANNOT take these without eating something beforehand. If you do not eat you will regret it terribly
