Always have them in my medicine cabinet for fevers and headaches. They always work great to break the fevers and to help with my mild headache symptoms.

Sometimes I want something gentler on the stomach than ibuprofen. Also, I find Tylenol to be most effective to reduce fevers. Definitely a must have in the house.
