Very effective, I use this product pretty much every time I am feeling uncomfortable, it helps with my cramps and body aches. The packaging makes it easy to store and travel.

Tylenol doesn't seem to raise blood pressure. It is great for those minor aches and pains. I always have some nearby. The coated tablets seem to be easy to swallow.
