I like the Tylenol 500mg. It works pretty fast with reducing fever or helping with headaches or pain. I like the caplets too. They are much easier to swallow, in my opinion. I would recommend.

Go to acetaminophen - in my bag, bathroom, etc. because its always with me. Use for headaches. Easy pill to ingest. Make sure to eat with food! Not to be consumed with alcohol!
