Tylenol is my go to for fever reduction. I like the caplet design as they are easy to swallow. It works within a half hour and usually lasts 4 - 6 hours.

I always buy and have this Tylenol Extra strength tablets at my home just in case. They work great. for headache, pain and fever relief. Highly recommended

This does work pretty well. I actually prefer the gelcaps because they seem to go down easier than the chalky tabs. They’re packaged well and have a decent shelf life
