I will always have a box of this in my home. It has saved me on more than one occasion. I will say you do have to wait 30-45 minutes for it to go into effect but that is pretty standard.

Tylenol is pretty effective. The gel caps to me seem to work faster than the hard pill. These are virtually tasteless if you swallow it whole. The pill is rather big so I prefer Advil. Expensive to buy but these last a while.
