Good product. You get

Good product. You get that wholesome grits side without spending a long time stirring. However, it is not as quick as it says. It takes a littles longer than recommended I make but, it taste good. If your not in a crunch for time, you can get the old fashioned grits

I've been eating Quaker Grits since I was a child. My mother cooked them and now I cook them for my family. They are easy to prepare and I usually prepare them first to let them get nice a creamy. I typically eat grits every weekend. My family loves them and I do too.

Grit Texture is Off!

Our family has been enjoying your grits for years. However, with our last purchase we noticed that no matter how we prepared the grits the texture is not suitable to eat. It is apparent that you changed the ingredients or the processing of them. This is very disturbing and almost unethical. Don’t you think in full disclosure you should advise consumers of changes on the product labeling?

My families favorite breakfast

This is my recipe for a quick breakfast. I make one half box of grits with 8 cups of water, salt, pepper and butter and cook in the microwave in a large bowl with a paper plate as the cover so that it does not bowl over. Cook for 15 minutes and the grits come out perfect.. Spoon a portion of grits into a bowl, add egg beaters, bacon, feta cheese and coby jack cheese and microwave for about 4 minutes. This is a great breakfast bowl. You can refridgerate the remain grits. The next morning just pull out the grits and make more breakfast bowls with your desired ingredients.

Sandy grits won’t cook

My quick grits no longer cook up creamy good. They taste like sand is in them. It’s the consistency of valve grinding compound. We opened a new box this morning and it was worse than the last box. Help!! Please fix our grits!! We are 71 and have been using this product for years. My husband makes them the same every day He hasn’t changed but the grits have … what can we do?? Fix this please! It has been getting steadily worse the last couple years. This morning I chocked on them 😢

Love it but need info about it

We both love grits both alone and as the important base part of several of our favorite recipes. Since we’re both counting calories, I have a question for Quaker about the nutrition label. It lists a serving as 1/4 cup of grits for 130 calories. Does this mean the volume of 1/4 cup measured dry, before cooking, has 130 calories? (I hope that’s what it means.) Or, does it mean that 1/4 cup of the cooked/reconstituted grits has 130 calories? I love them either way, just curious. Thanks for a great product, Quaker!

I have been eating these quick grits whenever I was in my 20's. They are very warm and filling. I buy them before I run out. There is nothing you can do to improve the delicious flavor of these grits. Except to add Sharp Cheddar cheese and butter at the end before serving.

Good product, excellent price ...

Basically, they are Quaker Grits. I have found, in all my years shopping, I simply can't go wrong with any Quaker product. There are some Quaker products that I don't care for, not because of the quality, but, I simply do not like the taste, of the product. I have been shopping for almost 52 years and Quaker has rarely disappointed me. I prefer the 5 minute Grits and the price, per each, is a good savings. I shared this, with my daughter. My Hubby and I, simply could not eat 15 lbs. of Grits, but, one bag will last us, quite awhile.
