Sending incorrectly

Good morning. My name is Mary I am a frequent customer, first of all the product is good but the people shipping it need help. I have ordered your grits that come in packs of 3 several times these are available for delivery only. I recently placed an order on June 13 for 3 packs and received only 3 bags and one was open, I called customer service and they sent out replacements, and again, they sent only 2 bags, so again I called and explained, and they said they ordered it correctly they ordered 2 packs not 2 individual bags. They said they would again place a replacement for 2 packs ( 6 bags total), and I received 2 individual bags again!!!! I'm unsure why your employees at the warehouse won't send the correct packs. On your website, you sell 1 pack of grits, which equals to 3 bags 5lb each, you dont even sell individual bags of grits !!! This is the 3rd time I am with customer service...

Good product. You get

Good product. You get that wholesome grits side without spending a long time stirring. However, it is not as quick as it says. It takes a littles longer than recommended I make but, it taste good. If your not in a crunch for time, you can get the old fashioned grits

Just love them,, great taste!!!!!!

Love them Grew up with southern style cooking, and just recently my spouse brought home a box of the grits original and brought back many fond memories of my mother, and grandmother cooking, I like the original better than seems the original is milled just a tad cousrer than the ones for microwave, and as a senior on fixed income, and rhe original is cheaper than instant, trouble is now cannot find original can you tell me where locally I can purchase them zip code 62326 is where I live Great Product!!!!!!!!!!

Fast,fun , fabulous

Tried them for the first time ever any type of grit.It was easy to cook with the easy to read directions, 5 min and your done like them with lots of butter salt and some fresh ground black pepper. Also very nutritious and taste like a rice and oatmeal combination.

Love it but need info about it

We both love grits both alone and as the important base part of several of our favorite recipes. Since we’re both counting calories, I have a question for Quaker about the nutrition label. It lists a serving as 1/4 cup of grits for 130 calories. Does this mean the volume of 1/4 cup measured dry, before cooking, has 130 calories? (I hope that’s what it means.) Or, does it mean that 1/4 cup of the cooked/reconstituted grits has 130 calories? I love them either way, just curious. Thanks for a great product, Quaker!

Beware of Flimsy Canister Package

I’ve used Quaker brand my entire life but will NO LONGER choose to do so because of the cheap and flimsy packaging. I have lost the contents of TWO packages of quick grits because of poor canister design. The lid will pop off very easily causing contents to spill all over the floor. Buyer beware!

QUAKER BIG MISTAKE

I have used your Quick Grits for years and they have ALWAYS been creamy and delicious. My recent purchase wasn't anything like creamy and delicious, in fact they had the WORST mouth feel and the instinct was to spit them out. Whatever you have done to your processing of the corn or the corn product its self needs to be changed back. I just hope you don't mess with the oats or I will no longer be a customer of Quaker. I would give the rating a zero if I could.
