My problem isn't with the product, it's with Sam's club basically stealing from me. This is twice now that I've ordered an item that was more than 1 in the package %26 did not receive the entire package. It clearly states 3 BAGS OF 5lb GRITS. They gave me ONE SINGLE BAG of 5lb grits. I included a photo of my order, do you see 3 bags in that box? No. The item isn't returnable or refundable %26 my local Sam's club in Fishkill, NY will not answer the phone for the "associates" line. I let it ring almost a full minute before I decided to hang up. It is the Club's MISTAKE so HOW can it get fixed? I have to drive down there? That is why I am paying extra for the membership with delivery! So I DON'T have to drive down there %26 back. It's not a short little trip up the road. The other time was Resee puffs 2 box 1lb each. I end up paying same price as stop %26 shop for a lb of Resee puffs because WHERE DID THE OTHERS GO? stop stealing from me!

Accidently ordered these instead of the individual flavored packages and I am so glad I made that mistake. So simple to make and the flavor possibilies are endless with add ins. But favorite is still cheese and poached eggs. My son loves his with maple syrup. Both of us are now happy with this very basic yet exceptional product.

suppose to be 3 (5lb) bags. never have had a problem but this time only got 1 bag but charged 10.78 for the 3 bags. called and non english speaking person informed me i couldn't get a refund or recieve what i ordered. said they sent 1 bag

Incorrect amount shipped. Listed as a 3 pack. Last 3 shipments only a single 5 lb bag sent. Look at the bag - top left corner....3 5 lb bags!!!

I’ve always ordered from Sam’s Club and received 1 package containing 3 packs of grits as stated in the website description. The last 2 times I’ve ordered, I received 1 package of 1 pack of grits. Unable to return online and can’t purchase at my local club, I will not be purchasing until this issue is resolved. Way overpriced for a single package. Sam's Club customer service please read all of the reviews with this same issue and fix. Hope the issue is resolved soon!

More than likely if you get this product through shipping, it will arrived damaged and completely open. It was literally leaking through the box. I have grits all over my porch and my floor upon opening the box. I don't understand why Sam's Club wouldn't ship this item better. If you can't pick this up inside a store, do not get it.

Ordered this 3 pack and only recieved 1 of the 3 bags. Contracted customer service and got a replacement. Opening the replacement delivery I still only recieved 1 of the 3 packs not even gonna bother trying again.

Nothing is wrong with this product. the problem is Sam's warehouse. This is supposed to be a 3- pack. The last 2 times I've ordered it, it was only one package. It's a waste of time to order it when you don't receive what you've paid for.

Only received one bag that was 5 pounds supposed to be three called and told them they sent me another. Still only got one bag so now I only have only have a total of 10 pounds still short 5 pounds. They have not got it together.
