I do cook mine in the microwave but these oats are filling and can be eaten as a traditional bowl of oatmeal or baked into cookies or protein or granola bars.

I absolute love them. I am doing everything I can to make any meal with my oats. I thoroughly enjoy them starting each morning off with a bowl of oats and I use zero sugar syrup to put inside of my oats so it has a little bit more flavor and can't say enough good about them.
