This is good oatmeal, but the description is for old fashioned instant oatmeal. I wanted instant oatmeal in a recipe that calls for it.

I was using Bobs organic oatmeal and there is a world of difference. Bob's organic makes me feel full and Quaker doesn't keep my energy going all morning.

Like other reviewers have said, the oatmeal no longer cooks completely. It now tastes like wet cardboard. This used to be a great product. Why change it?

When I was a child my mom bought this brand because of the cup that came inside! PLEASE BRING THE CUPS BACK!!!! Always remember it’s the little things in life!!!!

I’m addicted. I make this weekly. It’s sooo good & filling. I cut flour to 1-1/2c & add oatmeal to 1-1/2c, and use dried cranberries. Try it w/ almond extract instead of vanilla. Yum!

product was adversely affected by very poor packaging practices on the part of the Sam's Club shipping department.

Our family prefers this old fashioned oats, very versatile; cooked it with chicken as soup, with chocolate as dessert and we loved it!
