Must Have

I always keep this on hand because it can used with so many things and you get so much for very low price without suffering quality. I prefer to use it with cocoa and peanut butter and if I do sweeten otherwise I use stevia. Simple to make, too.

Quaker old fashioned oats are a healthy alternative to sugary cereals for breakfast. In addition to being used in hot oatmeal, they make a great pancake batter and add fiber to your smoothied!

Simple and good

I don't eat oatmeal (diabetic), but my son eats huge bowls of it and can't seem to get enough. He makes it in the microwave with water, a little cream, butter, salt and a little maple syrup. I'll keep buying it for as long as he keeps eating it like that. No sugar needed! I have tasted it, and it's very good.

It was a lot smaller than I thought it was. It doesn't have the taste of pure vanilla extract. I prefer Molina, which is much cheaper and it's not pure vanilla. I have other one other thing to say I have a refund for a magnifying glass. That is due me they say it's $9.99. I have not received it. They won't answer me. I don't know where it is. It's not on my e-card on my wallet. Can you please help me with it?

An old-fashioned pantry staple

This is a staple in my house. Cooked correctly even in the microwave and especially mixed with apples or other fruit makes a delicious breakfast. Also in some recipes this is a staple in my house. Cooked correctly even in the microwave and especially mixed with apples or other fruit makes a delicious breakfast. and depending on your recipe it can make a chewy delicious oatmeal raisin or oatmeal pumpkin cookie.

Saves money

I could never find the oatmeal in the store until my last visit. I have oatmeal almost every morning, but regular grocery store prices are rather high for a 1 lb conainer. This package is mega sized and only costs a little more than $1 a pound. Great deal!

Oats... good for you!

old fashioned Oats' are my favorite. I use Quaker brand regularly. They're perfect for my breakfast needs, digestive issues, and weight control. I don't know about the heart healthy stuff I hear about (or read about) over the years. I'm just giving comment to my personal experience. I boil 2 parts water first, then add 1 part oats. Stir in whatever you have a taste for (Raisins, Prunes, etc.). Put a lid on the pot with heat on low for about 2-3 minutes. Top off your bowl when ready with nuts and fruit... or not. Remember... this is for your health! So don't get carried away.

Natural, easy to use, and economical

Quaker Old Fashioned Oats have been around for my whole life, and I'm not young anymore. I trust the brand and have never been disappointed in the quality and price. It's still one of the healthiest products available, no frills or fancy additives, just oats. The classic case of 'If it ain't broke, don't fix it.'

Quaker old fashion oats at Walmart.

There's only 1 Thing I don't like here, It's not the product. I eat a lot of oatmeal and nobody beats Walmart's price at all... WHAT I Don't Like is Walmart calling it instant. It's not Instant,,, It's what it say's... Quaker Oats Old Fashion oatmeal..... Doctor this meal with a banana, nutmeg, and some cinnamon, this served with some dark brown sugar, butter, and milk to your desire, this is some good eating on a budget.
