Nothing beats a warm bowl of oatmeal on a cold gloomy morning! Quaker oats is definitely my go to brand when buying oatmeal, as I’ve been eating it since I was a kid. I love to mix some cinnamon, sugar and butter in my oatmeal to make it extra yummy!

I used to eat cereal for breakfast, but now I eat Quaker Oats old-fashioned oatmeal everyday (except when I make pancakes for my kids). I have it with butter, brown sugar and raisins, and it just never gets old. I don't feel hungry, and I have more energy than when I eat cereal.

I have distant memories of my mom holding me on her hip while stirring the Quaker oats. This product brings me straight back to childhood. It’s a name you can trust. Who doesn't love Quaker oats? those products can be used for so many different things. It's not just for breakfast but can be used in healthy cooking. It's always a great value. I love to use oats in cooking vegan loaf meals and as a healthy alternative in cookies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband has diabetes and had a hard time regulating his blood sugar, until we found Quaker Old Fashioned. It was the answer, he lost weight and his Blood sugar has been controlled since. 2006. We eat Quaker Oats everyday for Breakfast. In winter we eat hot oats topped with plain fat free Yoghurt, sunflower seeds and berries. Yummy! In Spring we switch to plain Old fashioned oats topped with half a banana then plain Yoghurt, fruit and sunflower seeds. I also make bread and add Oats also oatcakes.

There has definitely been a change! The rolled oats are no longer "rolled" as they had been in the past. I have noted these changes have occurred since PESICO bought Quaker. My guess: 1 - they sold off the manufacturing plants and contract buy the product, hence little to no control over the product. or 2 - they have changed the processing to reduce mfg cost and improve profits. I no longer purchase Quaker oats.

I am a runner. I like your oatmeal and have for years.Its nutritional value is great for strength and stamina. Recently I purchased a 42 ounce container ( 30000-01040-2) 104-1 18 32650104070. When the plastic ring on the top was pulled the whole top came off.( Not enough glue ) Never happened before and believe it wont happen again. Just thought I would let you know. Ronald Kaplan

I have been eating QUAKER Old Fashioned Oats for 30 years. Recently you changed the way the oats are made. I understand they are no longer rolled. I recently bought 2 boxes and had the same experience…awful!No matter how much time & cooking they come out hard and stiff I’m very very disappointed. Please go back to the original process of rolling these oats.

Even as a child I can remember waking up to the breakfast table. A bowl of oatmeal was waiting you. And in my family, the oatmeal was breakfast. I believe if we had eggs and grits, it was something special was going to happen that day. Everyday oatmeal was on the breakfast menu. The different with oatmeal back then and today is, their are a variety of new flavors to choose from which makes eating oatmeal better ,and it does taste better. I enjoyed a flavor to my tastebud, instead of eating plain oatmeal. This is a great oatmeal for anyone who likes change. I love the way quaker oatmeal has changed, they have came along way in their style, taste , and design ot their products.
