You can mix it with food or drinks. A little weird with food so that means drinks for my daughter who doesn't necessarily finish all her liquid at once. I kind of wish it was flavored so she could just take the packet instead of having to mix it. It still does the job, but if you have a slow drinker like mine it isn't ideal.

The taste is very plain, so it’s fairly easy to give these to even my picky eater. The probiotics help good bacteria in the digestive tract in order to naturally support a healthy immune system in children. Overall, good product, easy to mix and portable for on the go. Can be used once or occasionally twice a day if experimenting digestive issues. Highly recommended.

These packets are completely flavorless and invisible, so even our pickiest of eaters doesn’t suspect a thing, whether it’s mixed into water, milk, or juice. Sometimes I simply mix this powder in with some yogurt and seems to work wonders. The packaging is beautiful, and it is a great value.
