Helps to boost digestive health, supports natural immune defender, and dairy, gluten, and soy free. They are not flavored so great to add with a cool drink or cool food. One packet per day is all that is needed.

However my daughter saw me do it and thought that meant it had a taste and she said she didn't like it. However when I snuck it in her drink she never noticed!
