I’ve been eating VitaFusion daily Fiber for over 20 yrs. They are so tasty & easy to chew but best of all keeps me going! I highly recommend this product

They are tasty and easy to use. They seem to be doing a very good job of keeping me "regular", with no side effects.

It tastes good and it helps me get the extra fiber I need. You don't get much from these, when my Dr says I need 35 grams of fiber a day and each gummy only has 2.5 grams of fiber, that's not much, but did I mention they taste good and I enjoy eating one instead of sweets when I have a sweet tooth 🤷🏻‍♂️. So I eat about 4 gummies a day for 10 grams of fiber, plus that yucky fiber supplement I have to take. But this is about 32 cents for 4 gummies equaling 10 grams of fiber, and the fiber supplement I take is about 10 cents for 20 grams of fiber. So I only need to eat enough veggies to get 5 grams of fiber and I'm good 😊.

Used to have issues with regularity and abdominal pains. Started taking this. All of my regularity issues went away. I haven’t been to the gastroenterologist in 2 years. Don’t need to. I feel like I have the intestines of a teenager. This made me, by my perspective, regular and the cramping issues are completely gone. I will be a customer of this supplement for the rest of my life.

A couple of years ago I was having a problem and was advised to try Colace, which I did. It didn't work as well as I had hoped, and even then it was slow. Subsequently I saw a doctor at a local hospital because I was in such pain and he advised me to try Fiber Well Prebiotic in a gummy form. I was sure that he had made a mistake and wondered if he didn't mean a Probiotic. That's what I've heard advertised so frequently and I thought that perhaps I had heard him wrong. I bought some and have used it ever since. It's easy to eat as it's almost like candy and it even tastes good. I was told to take 2 a day and as long as I'm consistent my bowel movements are very consistent. It's unbelievable what 2 little gummies are able to do to keep me regular and feeling so good.

I just happened to run into these at a sample event at Sam's Club. They have totally eliminated my constipation by eating 4 a day. They taste great and are much easier to digest than other sources of fiber.

Delivers fiber with no added sugar. Just wish there were no food colors. Helps with daily regularity.

I enjoy eating these and getting my fiber. But there is only 2.5g of fiber in each. My Dr wants me to get 35g of fiber per day. So these work to help, but you'd have to eat more than a dozen a day to get enough fiber through these. The first time I got them at $ off and enjoyed them. After that I once payed the higher price, then I ordered a few again when they had $ off. So I will only order now when they're cheaper but my Dr wants me getting my fiber from beans, black eyed peas, celery, etc.. So I can only use these to help getting that 35 grams a day. And it's much easier than drinking the psyllium. But I still do one dose of the powder I have to mix until it's gone. Then I will still have to eat real fiber to reach my goal.

Was trying to find a fiber alternative than Metamucil. I tried the Bellway Sams had and I liked it, but they seemed to have stopped selling it. Tried this, not sure if I like the "gummy" tastes ok, gets stuck in my teeth they say to chew well....

This is not as effective as other name brand gummies. I have to eat 4-6 throughout the day. That said these do have a little sweetness so I feel like I am getting a treat. These are very chewy so it takes time to chew them up, again I don’t mind as my tastebuds think they are a treat. If you have bad teeth or chewing issues I would not buy these, the meta. . . name- brand ones are softer.
