good tasting chews to get more fiber in my day

Suggested by my doctor, these have stabilized my digestion. Tasty, too.

Two of these a day and no problems with being regular. In the past always had problems when traveling being constipated - not anymore

Good price compared to other gummies. Unfortunately, has the texture of an eraser and very little flavor.

Use them to balance my system so I don’t have hard bowl movements. I take 4 a day because I eat a lot of cheese on a low carb diet.

Great flavor, taste, texture and keeps me "regular". A definite must if you're looking for something to take to soften stools and/or stay "regular".

It is a very pleasant product for Sugar free….no after taste. However the price has become quite high so I will try other fiber gummies.

My docter told me I needed more fiber in my diet and these are a good source that taste good and are inexpansive.

Does the job but don't taste that good. These are like chewing on plastic they definitely need to go back to the drawing board

Don't really do anything for the high cost. I would stick to powdered versions if you're going to use fiber supplements. Also the gummies are not easily chewed, very sticky and a bit hard.
