At breakfast, it was simple to lay these next to my grandchildrens's cups so they could add it themselves to their water. It mixed in well by stirring. This did not change the taste of the water at all. Knowing that, it could be added to just about anything they eat that was cool or cold. They took it with ease and I could give it to them with confidence that it had quality probiotics just for their ages.
