[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These David Sunflower Seed are a great for a healthy snack. I love that you can enjoy them at home or take them on the go for a snack. They're a great source for protein and iron. My whole family enjoys them and love the flavor. They are slightly salted and taste great. I had forgotten how much I enjoyed these and am happy to discover them again. I will be buying them and stocking up for sure. If you have never tried these sunflower seeds before I highly recommend that you do.

I recently purchased a 5.25oz. bag of this variety. I've always enjoyed sunflower seeds and I usually look for the most freshest bag of it in the stores. This particular bag was dated 07 MAY 2019. Now to my surprise the contents already smelled "rancid" much less tasted as such. I don't know what batch it was but we did not continue eating it and we were ready to return it from where we got it...POINT, is I'll try and send a message to David Seeds to see if anyone else experienced what I have but cannot give a HIGHER rating right now until I buy another bag and find out if it's the stores fault with rotation of their product or the manufacturer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like to eat while I'm watching TV and I usually sort of do it mindlessly with unhealthy options. I felt like with the sunflower seeds I spent time with removing the shell that I didn't eat as many calories as other alternatives. The seeds had a great salty flavor and I enjoyed them.

I think my last batch had worms. Out of a handful of 10-12 shells, 3-4 had black grainy stuff and holes. Now I’m a little hesitant and going really slow through the bag because it’s not a good feeling or taste. Chalking this one up to bad batch. Also the first time I tried the 14.5 oz bag. I may go back to the smaller size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This salty snack is probably one of my favorite snacks for on the go. Pop a handful in my mouth while I'm driving and it's perfect. I have a trashcan in my van so I just toss the shell into that once I eat the insides. The resealable bag is great to keep spills from happening.

I am not sure what is going on with our favorite sunflower seeds but it is definitely not good! Why does it look like worms have invaded the seeds and what is the grittiness inside? Is that dirt or dead worms that were roasted? Guess we will have to stop buying them until something is done about the quality. Sorry but when you get things straightened out could you let your customers know. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids gorge on David's Jumbo Sunflower seeds. They can't get enough of them. They are totally addicted to them and it's a thing. As we speak my two teenagers are sitting at the kitchen table with a giant bag each of David's Jumbo Sunflower Seeds. They have a cup for the shells and they eat them with such happiness. I enjoy them too, but with them it's an obsession. I much prefer that they snack on sunflower seeds because they have wonderful nutritional value that are essential for their growing bodies and brains. Another benefit is that they are extremely affordable and also very good for trips and walks and doing things. My son always has a pocket full of David's when he's doing his outside chores. I'm so grateful that these exist. David's are the best brand because their seeds are big, roasted and seasoned to perfection and snap open easily and provide a big kernel. We have tried all brands but we don't ask for "sunflower seeds" in our home we just ask for "David's"!
