I bought this and expected wonderful things, and I got what I wanted. It smells amazing and leaves your hair silky smooth!

This item needs to be taken down. J&J is facing a lawsuit because this item causes hair loss. I bought it because it was cheap and a "good brand" but I won't buy again. Not Sam's Club fault but get it off the shelves

The product seems good enough but I find it impossible to squeeze it out of the bottle because the conditioner is too thick for the hole in the cap. I've had to put it into a jar with a wide neck. Redesign the bottle with a bigger hole.

They are In a class action lawsuit their hair care products causes hair loss. I have lost so much hair I have bald spots. I used ogx/organix for years! Never again!

Been using for about 10 years and the new and improved formula is terrible, caused my scalp to break out. My daughter also tried it and had the same reaction.

Took me a whole 5 minutes to rinse this out of my thin hair. It's made way too thick, it was like smearing paste throughout my hair. Really weighed my hair down. It's smells good, but is too strong.

This conditioner is a FABULOUS value! It made my hair soft and shiny without weighing it down. According to my fianc, it made my hair smell great. Its a great value for the price. Very happy that I switched to this product

I love it because in addition to leaving the hair soft and very easy to comb, it really works very well to strengthen it and reduces its fall, highly recommended

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to use OGX all the time but due to the on going lawsuit, I was a bit wary. I used this conditioner anyways and it wasn't that bad. It smelled really good actually but I don't notice a huge difference in using it. I would actually use drugstore brands more but I'm glad I tried this one out!
