After a giving birth to my son my hair went through a thinning stage.My normal hair has always been dark, rich, and full, so it was obviously heart breaking to see all my thick beautiful hair falling away. I was embarrassed to put my hair up because you could see the thinning stops so I decided after reading different blogs stating that this line was the most cost effective and did what it said it would do. So i to give this line a try! Much to my surprise the thinning of slowed to an almost stop. I noticed my thinner spots filling back in and now have new growth around my forhead. I used the shampoo and conditioner on top of my regular pre/postnatal and a biotin supplement. The smell and packaging of these products are great! My husband and I both raved about the products! Until recently. I noticed after continued use that no matter how much you rinse and scrub my hair looks and feels greasy and dirty! So I decided to stop the use of the conditioner and only use the shampoo and it still had the same results! It's gross to feel like I need another shower and to have to use a completely different shampoo/conditioner just to get the first ones out! I can't style or blow dry my hair without it looking like a tub or grease that I hadn't washed in weeks! My husband noticed the same problem and suggested we buy another brand. Which left me thinking maybe it's called thick and full because it leaves your hair so full of residue that it gives the appearance of thicker hair when in actuality it's just built up product. So i decided to read more reviews and see if others experienced the same issue and I was not at all surprised to see I was right, that others felt the same way. So this leaves me feeling complexd. This line while helped my original problem has now created a new one with which untimely lead to discontinued use because I absolutely hate products that make me feel I need another shower after just finishing one. It's a big pet peeve of mine. Very busy over worked mom of 3 little ones does not have time to reshower and reshower her hair in hopes to look decent for the day. Hopefully your brand has a simple and clean line of products that would fit the bill. Because this one left me with mixed emotions and it was mostly negative.

I love this brand and this conditioner so when I saw it at Sams in this size I was excited. However when using this I noticed it doesn't smell the same as the bottles I've bought from other stores. It's smells more plastic like. The conditioner is also a different texture making me think Sams club has altered the formula or added something to the product. I would not recommend buying this product and I will be returning my bottle.

Very hard to get the product out of the bottle, you have to squeeze so hard that when it eventually comes out you get far too much( good ploy to make us use more). Bottles don't stand upside down so you can't get everything out of the bottle. To be honest I am in such a bad mood after trying to get the conditioner out of the bottle that I really don't know if it is any good or not; I just feel grumpy.

I'm AA with tight curls and thin strands. I wear wash and go styling 95% of the time. I bought this because I wanted my hair to appear more thick and full. My hair did appear more thick and full using the shampoo and conditioner. Fragrance is great and the consistency of the products (creamy), I like. The conditioner is very light but effective. It was easy to untangle my hair using the conditioner. My hair was soft and shiny after washing and conditioning. I'd definitely try more products from OGX. I'm going to wait until I finish this set to try other flavors. I don't like that the shampoo and conditioner bottles look too much alike because I had to make sure I had shampoo when I needed it and vice versa.

I've use their products in the past and liked the conditioner. I thought this would be a great item to use considering the bad reviews were hard to find. After using it one time it made my hair so greasy!!! It was disgusting. I don't know how people like this feeling in their hair. I kept trying to use it considering I paid for the product myself. It was awful. I'm using the healing E conditioner right now and it's a little better than this one. So far the Argan oil conditioner is the only one I recommend.

Not as effective as the other brands. You'll need to use a lot of it.

Feels heavy when you first put it on, but doesn't weigh my hair down after rinsing. Helps when my hair is dry and fizzy.
