OGX Thick & Full Biotin & Collagen Conditioner makes my hair feel smoother than conditioners used in the past five years (used along with OGX shampoo). My hair is gray and just slightly frizzy, and I am pleased to find this shampoo/conditioner brand and style that leaves it feeling smooth again. Not all OGX had this same effect, so this specifically refers to OGX Thick & Full Biotin & Collagen style.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Would recommend to someone who has fairly damaged hair! I have dyed my hair for years and feel like this has helped my hair look more moisturized. It is also very affordable! Great dupe to high end biotin shampoo and conditioners.

This shampoo is heavily fragranced like baby powder and caused a rash on my back. I am sensitive to perfumes and fragrances so I can only find something I like by trial and error. If you are also sensitive, I would not recommend.
