I love this conditioner and used it together with the matching shampoo. It has a very rich, thick consistency and leaves your hair incredibly shiny and soft. This conditioner has a pretty sweet scent which attracts lots of compliments. I have quite thin flat hair and found this conditioner with its shamoo gave my hair a great lift and boost of volume

OGX Thick & Full Biotin & Collagen Conditioner makes my hair feel smoother than conditioners used in the past five years (used along with OGX shampoo). My hair is gray and just slightly frizzy, and I am pleased to find this shampoo/conditioner brand and style that leaves it feeling smooth again. Not all OGX had this same effect, so this specifically refers to OGX Thick & Full Biotin & Collagen style.

I have been using this product for several months now and I love it. It's so thick and makes my hair smell good and easy to comb through. You really get your money's worth because it only takes a small amount to use in your hair.

My hair was pretty dry and damaged this summer, but with the help of the biotin and collagen shampoo, my hair looks healthier and fuller than ever! The formula is great and it really gives a boost of nutrition and volume to my hair for a few days, as I don't wash it every day. I also love that, it is sulfate free and Paran free, so it's not drying or leaving behind any gunk in my hair. I'm a convert now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This conditioner goes on smooth and smells good. I feel like it could be better at holding in moisture. Once it rinses out I feel like it takes all the product with it and none stays in my hair. However my boyfriend with 4c hair loves it.

It didn't solve any of my current issues but I could see it as for daily use. The scent is fine and I didn't smell it on my hair after it dried. I would for those ingredients in any conditioner I would buy.

This shampoo is heavily fragranced like baby powder and caused a rash on my back. I am sensitive to perfumes and fragrances so I can only find something I like by trial and error. If you are also sensitive, I would not recommend.
