I have been using this conditioner and the shampoo for years, it did wonders for my thinning hair. It helped the volume, and made it stronger with little to no hair loss after shampooing and conditioning. The last bottle of conditioner I bought, I notice is a thinner product, and a darker color than it was originally. I compared ingredients from my old bottle to this newer version and it is not the same product. I used it for the first time and am very, very disappointed. My sink was full of hair from using a wide hair pick, and it has no volume like it had before with the previous formula. My hair looks flat and very thin. Took a long time to find conditioner that worked and now I am starting over looking for another brand. So let down. I do not recommend it.

I love the results when using the shampoo and the conditioner. However, the conditioner is nearly impossible to dispense from the rigid bottle.You need to use both hands and squeeze very hard, dispense it onto a surface and then scoop it into your hand to apply. Very poor bottle design.

I've bleached and dyed my hair several times this year, I've been keeping it pretty healthy with egg and oil masks and washing it less but it hasn't completely recovered. I washed my hair with one of your shampoos and this conditioner and I was instantly shocked at how nice it felt in my hair and how much softer it was after I rinsed the conditioner out. My favorite part is that it rinses completely out and doesn't make my hair feel greasy, just moisturized.

I bought this product exactly a month ago and I'm quite satisfied with the product. It's my first time to try OGX product and I mixed with other brand of shampoo, because of my shampoo made my hair dry and clean result, I'm curious to looking conditioner that will make my hair softer. After I used it, it's suddenly my hair feel soft and thick after first use! Just I feel my there's white scalp came up to my hair if I use it everyday and too much. So summer of 2015 i was looking to grow my hair it was all dry and slowly began to thin i went on youtube and searched how to grow your hair longer and majority of the "Hair Guru's" kept on mentioning biotin and good hair routines now i had never heard of this biotin but i was desperate to sure give it a try one day i was in my local beauty store looking for shampoo+conditioner when i saw this product it imediately caught my eye and to be honest i only picked it up because of the biotin label on it i purchased this item as well as its conditioner and i must say the is the best product i've ever spent my money on i fell in love with the scent and loved the after feel of my hair after i used it i can definitely see growth in my hair and my roots seem intact and stronger organix has now became my go to when it comes to my hair definitely looking forward in trying their other products xo

The scent is light and not overpowering compared to other brands. My hair feels soft and nourished after use along with the biotin & collagen Shampoo. I like that I dont have to use a lot but still get really soft and shiny hair. I was shocked how my hair wasn't tangled after washing it and I attribute it to the new shampoo / conditioner combo. I am a big fan and recommend.
