I still have about a quarter of the bottle left and it suddenly turned to a gelatinous consistency. It was harder to get out of the bottle, but I still used it. Afterwards there were crusty chunks of dried shampoo stuck to my hair since it did not wash out properly. I’ve tried lathering it before use and rinsing out well, but every time there is residue left in my hair. I was enjoying the shampoo before, but not it seems unusable with a decent amount of the bottle left

I use this shampoo religiously because it has vitamins in it that your hair needs in order to grow thick and long. It is sulfate and paraben free and smells so good in the shower! Pair it with the biotin & collagen conditioner for the ultimate hair wash.

My hair is so bouncy and full of body after using this conditioner it lathers up great so each strand gets some love I have noticed my hair is stronger and less likely to experience breakage I love all ogx products and will be repurchasing this[product:ogx-biotin-collagen-shampoo]

I only tried this once because of its density and gel-like texture, it doesn't do much for my hair, but I don't remember much. I used it many years ago and I remember that it cleaned a lot and didn't leave the hair so damaged, and well, as far as it promises to grow hair, not that much, really.

I thought I found my forever shampoo and conditioner. But now you went and changed the look and quality of the products. Why did you have to change perfection. My hair doesn't look or feel the same. Nor does it smell good. I'm so disappointed.. unless you change it back, I won't be buying your shampoo again..So sad.

It is a little pricey but you don't need a lot of product to get a good lather. The texture is thick and luxurious. I only gave 4 stars because I personally prefer a fruity strong smell whereas this is a light calming smell.
