I always recommend this to people with dry/ damaged hair. Its Literally the same PH balance as professional products, but for a drugstore price. Also, a little goes a long way this it! It smells amazing and your hair feels healthier and thicker after using. I truly recommend trying this!

I have color treated hair and my hair was thinning a lot. I used this product to help with that issue I was having. This shampoo did make my hair feel more full and smell nice. It felt stronger and silkier. Price is a little higher than other shampoos but your definitely paying for results with this one!

I've been using this shampoo, with the matching conditioner, for a little over a month and if I had to pick one word to describe it, I would for sure say FANTASTIC!!! This product made my hair WAY more full, soft, and my favorite part, it smells AMAZING!! I will definitely buy this product again!

I used to love this shampoo! Recently I’ve bought two different bottles from two different places and the shampoo has turned in to an awful gel. The gel makes your hair hard and doesn’t dissolve all the way no matter how much you wet your hair. I’m switching shampoo companies. I can’t keep buying it, not knowing if it may or may not work.

I bought this shampoo because it caught my eye I thought the collagen would help with my aging hair issues. I have not seen any kind of drastic change from using this but I do alternate with other brands. The smell is not anything overwhelming I don’t feel like it leaves any residue I only use the shampoo so I can’t say that this product leaves my hair softer or any different. I may or may not buy this product again and if I do I will probably buy the conditioner version

I've noticed a significant difference in the strength of my hair since I started using this shampoo about 2 years ago. It has a gelatin like consistency that doesn't overly suds up when lathering. The smell is minimal and clean. Leaves my hair feeling good and not dried out.

As a curly girl I love the slip this conditioner provides . I have low porosity hair and my hair drinks this up which is the main reason I love it . It’s great for thinning hair making it stronger and shiny with the biotin and collagen . I really recommend it !

I seldom write reviews! However, given my results, the OGX Thick & Full Biotin & Collagen Shampoo deserves a glowing review. I used this particular shampoo (and conditioner) for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised that the product performed well beyond my expectations. After just one use, my hair was visibly thicker/fuller, softer, and more manageable. Recently, my hair was damaged by an at home keratin treatment, which caused severe thinning and breakage. As such, I began looking for something to mitigate/repair the damage. Hence, I am so grateful to have discovered such an amazing product that works.
