Tried it out and it worked very well, it did give me instant relief but it didn't last too long, Its a very big bottle so there is plenty to last. Overall a good product and when I run out , I may buy another bottle!!!

It really cleared my sinuses so it is easy to play outside with my daughter or take my dog for a walk!
