Actually my husband purchased the item which had been recommended to him by his otolaryngologist to help with painfully stuffy sinuses. My husband prefers not to use prescription strength products that create issues for him. This saline spray was effective in moisturizing passages, which allowed him to sleep more soundly. Ok, I just had to buy this because it works so good. My nose has been so dry!! I have been sick and I knew this would be good to use. I bought it. Before from Sams Club they were bigger cans, 3 in the pack. So if you split up price and cans it came out to be almost same price for 1 can, but was disappointed in the size can. They need to make this bigger size but for this price. Other than that, it’s a great product.
