Actually my husband purchased the item which had been recommended to him by his otolaryngologist to help with painfully stuffy sinuses. My husband prefers not to use prescription strength products that create issues for him. This saline spray was effective in moisturizing passages, which allowed him to sleep more soundly. Walmart price very attractive compared to other stores.

Saline nasal spray is a necessity in the winter. It helps to keep things clean and fresh inside the nose and sinuses. The salt in it helps keep bacteria down. I haven’t had a sinus infection since I started using this daily for preventative maintenance. I can breathe so much better! I also used to get the occasional bloody nose in the winter due to dryer air but not anymore!

Since this ARM %26 HAMMER Simply Salina is new, I thought I'd give it try, see if it really worked. I wake up with a stuffy/ runny nose, Didn't have any problems till the other day. My sinuses' started bleeding. Not sure if this is related, or not. So I'm going to stop using see if it clears up.

This saline spray works really well for clearing out congestion without being harsh. It’s gentle and doesn’t burn, which makes it easy to use regularly. I like that it’s drug-free but still helps me breathe easier when I’m stuffy. Definitely a simple but effective staple to keep on hand.

Ok, I just had to buy this because it works so good. My nose has been so dry!! I have been sick and I knew this would be good to use. I bought it. Before from Sams Club they were bigger cans, 3 in the pack. So if you split up price and cans it came out to be almost same price for 1 can, but was disappointed in the size can. They need to make this bigger size but for this price. Other than that, it’s a great product.

Arm %26 Hammer brand Simply Saline nasal spray works wonders for rehydrating my dried out nose during winter months (decreasing the frequency and severity of nosebleeds) and it also helps with congestion. This product dispenses the saline in a fine mist which seems to be gentler on my nasal tissues. I strongly prefer this product over the other two drug-free saline nasal sprays I’ve tried (the Ayr brand and Equate brand products that come in the squeeze bottles). The other two always seem to mildly burn when I spray them (not sure if I’m sensitive to a preservative used in those or if it’s the difference in delivery method), but I never experience any burning when using this Arm %26 Hammer brand product. I don’t love the price of this product (a few dollars more than the other two saline sprays I mentioned) but I think it’s worth it. Of note, I haven’t tried the Equate brand saline mist that comes in the similar metal canister, so I can’t make a comparison there.

I had horrible sinus congestion in my nose recently. This product was extremely easy to use. Plus it doesn’t have extra unneeded ingredients. Yuck. My sinus doctor even recommended it. It definitely helped my sinus headache / migraine. My sister and her family use it too. Simple, effective and safe.

I decided to try this spray after I got tired of having to sterilize my netti pot every day. This product is easy to use and offers quick relief. My ‘dry head’ headache usually vanishes as soon as I use it. I tilt my head forward a bit so it doesn’t go down my throat, so I can’t comment as to the taste. I don’t smell any chemical-ish when I use it, and I am very sensitive to smells. I recently had a cold and my sinuses felt raw. I used this spray as I would my netti pot and got instant relief. I like being able to treat my sinuses with saline rather than a medication.
