Ok, I just had to buy this because it works so good. My nose has been so dry!! I have been sick and I knew this would be good to use. I bought it. Before from Sams Club they were bigger cans, 3 in the pack. So if you split up price and cans it came out to be almost same price for 1 can, but was disappointed in the size can. They need to make this bigger size but for this price. Other than that, it’s a great product.

I will never go without this when im sick and have a stuffy nose.me and all my kids are sick and haven't been able to sleep for days because we are so stuffed up.I wish I would have ordered this sooner.its an immediate relief and doesn't burn at all.im finally going to get a good nights sleep!

Saline nasal spray is a necessity in the winter. It helps to keep things clean and fresh inside the nose and sinuses. The salt in it helps keep bacteria down. I haven't had a sinus infection since I started using this daily for preventative maintenance. I can breathe so much better! I also used to get the occasional bloody nose in the winter due to dryer air but not anymore!

This works well but I need the extra strength. Most would probably be happy with this strength unless you have high amounts of allergies

I am on oxygen 24/7 and extremely prone to nose bleeds. Since I have been using this product, I have not had any, and I consider this product a healing miracle. It is gentle on the nose and I have not detected any unpleasant smell or taste.

Can be a bit tri ky to press down the base while at your nose. Gives a very good squirt into the nose, works well for cleaning a healed piercing also (this is not certified advice btw)

Simply Saline is a great solution to clean out your nose without use of drugs.If you have allergies, it helps alot

This is a great way to get boogers out/hydrated for toddlers/babies before you use a nose sucking machine. My babies doctor said this drug free saline spray is the one to use and it works great.

Love this item! I use it daily and feel like it helps so much in having a clear nose and also not getting sick. It makes me feel refreshed and I can breath better. I'd be lost without it.
