I can honestly say that I was extremely skeptical because of the fact that so many product out there claim to be natural and effective. This product is actually 100% spot on and I get the best congestion relief from Arm & Hammer simply saline than any medicated product I've ever tried. I am very happy with this product and will definitely make the switch.

Following sinus surgery 8 years ago, my ENT recommended the original Simply Saline. It was a miracle working product and I used it on a regular basis to combat allergies, colds and sinus infections. And then the company was sold to Arm & Hammer and no longer was the product simply saline, but now is saline AND baking soda. The beauty of the original product was it's pure, healthy simplicity. I know your company is known for baking soda. But PLEASE OFFER THIS PRODUCT IN ITS ORIGINAL VERSION. WHICH ACTUALLY REFLECTS THE NAME: SIMPLY SALINE. I can't use this new version. The baking soda burns my sinuses. I am so very very sad about the change to my former lifesaving product. :(

Im on a budget and was iffy about the price. I was tempted to go for the cheaper one but I needed something that would work. I suffered one night and didnt need a second. So i bought this and used it before bed time and took some cold meds and I felt great the next morning. Still had the cold and alittle bit of a runny nose, but i was able to breath!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free and I'm glad I got to try it out. I suffer from having a dry nose mostly during Spring and Summer and this product has helped me with that. It has moisturized my nose and provides relief.

I'm surprised and impressed by how much this helps, considering that it has no decongestant or other medication. It's simply saline. I use a few times a day, and I often can go several days without needing a decongestant spray. Definitely worth trying if you use a decongestant spray every few hours, and it's losing its effectiveness.
